Haozhe Jiang, a UNNC graduate and now Vice President of Maixin Technology Ltd. in Ningbo, is one of the outstanding participants in our Executive MBA program, developed in partnership with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His company focuses on smart cities and intelligent building solutions, and he sees the two-year program as a strategic step to enhance his leadership and business management.

He especially values the program's practical, case-based approach. "Since most of us are experienced entrepreneurs, the professors focus on real-life scenarios instead of textbook theories. These discussions often give me fresh ways to look at challenges I've faced in my career.
One of the most memorable moments for him was a lecture by Academician Xueliang Sun. "I had no background in solid-state batteries, but his lecture sparked a deep interest. A good teacher really can open doors to new fields.” The program also brings a strong sense of community. "Every class feels like team building. One classmate even brought a coffee maker to share hand-brewed coffee — it reminds me of high school, in the best way."
Jiang has not only gained practical knowledge but also formed valuable friendships and expanded his global outlook.
