Lead the university's global strategy, including global partnerships and exchanges; oversee the development and management of joint international education programs and student development initiatives; direct global communications and international talent recruitment; manage engagement with international ranking agencies and global public relations; advance institutional globalization; administer affairs related to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan; and support campus-wide ideological education and stability maintenance.

Foreign Affairs & Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Affairs | Administer the approval and management process for official overseas travel; organize and host international conferences and events; and manage matters pertaining to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Programs | Develop, negotiate, and oversee all international and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan cooperative agreements and educational programs university-wide.

Bilingual Campus Initiative | Spearhead the development and enhancement of a bilingual (Chinese-English) campus environment.

Yongriver Forum | Organize international recruitment events; and be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and global promotion of the Yongriver Forum.

Global Public Relations | Host and coordinate official visits from overseas university-level delegations and coordinate overseas trips for EIT’s leadership.

International Advisory Council | Serve as the primary liaison for the International Advisory Council, managing its operations, membership relations, and meeting coordination.

International Communications | Manage the university’s primary English-language website, the Office of Global Engagement website, and its official global social media accounts.

International Student Exchange | Lead international student admissions and provide comprehensive support services; oversee all administrative procedures for international students' arrival, residency, and departure; organize international summer schools, cultural exchange, and internship programs.

Study Abroad Program | Manage the application, selection, and placement process for undergraduate student exchange programs; coordinate and support other study abroad opportunities and cultural immersion activities.

University Rankings | Serve as the liaison for engagement with major global university ranking organizations.

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with leading domestic universities, research institutes, local governments and leading companies. Key duties include driving the implementation of joint collaborative programs and facilitating social practices.

Domestic Partnership Strategy & Implementation | Develop and execute strategy for partnerships with top-tier domestic universities and research institutes, focusing on establishing linkages and ensuring the successful launch of cooperative projects.
